Yes it is almost time to start me up again. Drop by the Rag on Sunday nights, we need the help... At this time I want to take exception with the Webmaster... Bart was a big part of the Rag from the very beginning as much as myself and the rest of the guys. He should be getting recognition here the same as the rest and more than some as he is a part of the Rag and always will be. So recognize him as an important part of us.

Wow, who is The Webmaster? You\'ve done a great job! I\'ve enjoyed looking at some of the pictures and recognize a number of you. I\'ve also enjoyed browsing this guestbook and reading messages from old famililar names. I don\'t really keep in touch with anyone except Patti McDermott from time to time. I\'ve lived in Brampton for a while now, used to be a computer programmer and then decided to get a couple of degrees and now I\'m a teacher. Happy New Year everyone!

Egads, feeling a little nostalgic this Christmas morning - violating one of my personal pet peeves of \"dwelling\" on the past and not dealing with the present or looking ahead to the future. Maybe because it\'s my last Christmas in our home for the past 22 years, and I miss the sounds of 3 crazy children rushing around the house, waking us up at 4 am, to see what Santa brought them! To all my old RCBHS friends and acquaintances (why don\'t guest books have spell checkers!!)I wish you a wonderful Christmas and a good New Year. For those who haven\'t made it this far in life, let\'s all raise our glasses today (Murray, I particularly think of your brother today) and give them a well deserved toast! God bless you all,you little Blue Devils, Nick

Just starting to check out your site...Not bad!!!! I graduated the year later...and recognize some of these names....but the current pictures I am hard pressed to recognize...its the old ones..now they are the ones that look familiar. I live in St. Catharines and keep in touch with Bev (Winger)Smith who lives and works in Fort Erie....she was from the 1971 graduating year. I also keep in touch with Nancy (Elsie) Gorham, and Patti McDermott who is married to Rich Grinham and living in Ft. Erie. I recently ran into Jerry Carver, and have seen Martin Burger over the last year. I believe my sister Paula graduated the year before you folks. Here\'s the best...my daughter is dating the son of Dietmar Sahs....from Ft. Erie. I know that Dietmar and his brother Ralph went to RCBHS within a year or two of us all. I will take a look at the rest of your site.

Hey guys,

When is the next reunion? I haven\'t seen all of you for awhile...would like to share a bottle or 2 of Crown Royal...let me know!

P.S. has anyone thought of having an annual Red Rag Golf Tournament, so old farts like Neil Raymond and / or Dennis Jukosky, can pretend to play golf with the rest of us?

I went to RCBHS from 1991 until 1997.
Great memories.

After looking at your photos, you must have had some great times.

Great website. Lots of fun stuff and intersting info.

Any pictures of RCBHS in those days?
How about a 1971 staff list from RCBHS?

-Sam

Congrat\'s on a great site that truly captures the spirit of RCBHS and the hosers that occupied it in the early 70\'s. Can\'t believe most of your livers have survived to see 50. Was truly saddened to hear of Thaler\'s early demise. As I recall, you were a cool bunch of seniors, with a great sense of humour (I still tell people about the gym assembly with the pro wrestling parody).

Well, we had a party for Sid and Jarv on their 50th birthday, was a good time and just showed that we aren\'t kids anymore, especially when some of the old gang\'s kids start showing up. Nice to see some of the old gang--Bill Spry and his wife Betty(Rovers), Bob Jarvie and his wife Jane, Paul Overholt(O.J.), The Bags, Keith Mills, Nabe and his wife Rossi, I\'m sure that I\'m missing some others and for that I blame Old Timers, a disease that we are all going to end up with, at least its a good excuse for forgetting.
I want to mention that Sid\'s wife Cathy deserves full marks for organizing this party and the surprise it was to at least Jarv. Congratulations Cathy on a job well done.

On other things, we are still playing cards at the Rag on Sunday nights at 9 o\'clock so stop by and see us. Sid might even buy you a drink.

On another note, Adams English Shop has closed and Bart has taken a job in St. Catharines at Future Shop. Stop by and give him the business. He isn\'t at the Rag Sunday Nights any more, which is a shame, he will be missed. Best of luck Bart and Linda!!

At this time I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. As far as a Christmas present to the boys at the Rag, I\'ll tell you what you can get us-------- as you hoist a bevy this Holiday season, Give a toast to members not so lucky as to still be with us, one and all!!!

It\'s hard to believe that I had not checked out this website for at least a year or so. I had forgotten how much fun it was to scroll down through 1971 one more time! Are we all really at the 50 year old mark? I still see myself as a teen when I look in the mirror...although photos tell me differently. I ask myself \"who is that middle-aged broad?\" Answer: Another RCBHS Red Rag affiliate. If I\'m ever north on a Sunday eve, I\'ll pop by for cold one...

Was killing some time on my lunch hour and did a search on Ridgeway and found you. I really enjoyed the site. I still have my button from one of the first Red Rag Reunions - maybe 10 years? My memory is getting a little hazy on the faces. Captions on the pictures would be great if you are not trying to protect the \"innocent\".

Its been a while since I was last to this site, many things have happened, but, then again shit happens. If back in \'71 we would have ever thought we would be reaching 50 years old, we would have laughed and had another Bacardi and Coke-- right Sid--

So tip a glass of your favorite bevy and toast those of us who are no longer here or able.

To those of you who want to know when the next partyis-- drop by the Rag any Sunday night at 9, we\'ll be happy to tell you where to go--right Sid--

We have a new toy! Chris (our son) bought a new Suzuki LTZ 400 Sport ATV. This thing is a riot to ride. I know you won\'t believe this but it SCARES me to death! I was out in the back acreage of our tree farm just bopping around the trails in third gear. I gave it a shot of gas the front end jumped in the air and because I was turning, the back end slid sideways. I was amazed at the power this quad has.

We have had ATV\'s for 12 years now and I thought our 2 - stroke \"Blaster\" was quick. The LTZ 400 is a rocket.

Chris on the LTZ, blew the doors off me in Lee\'s mustang, at least up to 60 miles an hour, then of course the car has a much higher top end.

Just in case you were wondering we were racing on the road with a gravel shoulder. Lee won\'t let me take the mustang on the trails!

So if your up our way near Port Perry stop in for a ride. I have a box of \"Depends\" cause this will bike will scare the *(6($#& out of you. \"Sweet Virginia\" got to scrape the.........

Did you hear about the 80 year old man who spent an entire weekend with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders?
This probably a lot funnier if Jarv tells it, but here goes.
An 80 year old man spent a whole weekend in a Hotel Room with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. They did everything imaginable including watching the game on TV. I\'ll keep this rated \"G\" for you \"youngins.\"
On Monday morning he left the Hotel and started walking down the street. With that same silly grin as the guy in the \"Viagra\" commercial.
He walks right in to a Catholic Church and heads straight to the confessional.
The priest says welcome my son (not too many 80 year olds get called son)how have you sinned. (I am not catholic so i have no idea what priest really says.) The quotations are my Robbie \"J\" Hadden imitations.

The 80 year old man tells the priest all the details obout his fabulous sports weekend with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. The priest cannot believe his ears, those Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are real sports!

The priest asks the old man how long since he last confession. The old man replies \"This is my first time at confession.\" The priest says how did you get to be such an old Catholic and never go to confession.

The old man says \"I am not Catholic\"
\"Why are you here?\" asks the priest.
BECAUSE I\'M TELLING EVERYBODY

So the moral of the story. I have just finalized my retirement from my middle management job(they promoted me well past my level of incompetence) in the nuclear power division of Ontario Power Generation (Old Ontario Hydro). Yep 26 years and I\'m outta there at the end of March. SO what does that have to do with the old man?

Just like him \"I\'M TELLING EVERYBODY\".

A few of us turned 50 years young in 2002. A lot of you turn 50 years old in 2003. Have great year and enjoy your Birthdays. Why not post your birth dates for all to see? Maybe someone will find one of those dum bass E-cards to send you.
